This fellow is one of the older Vampires and has small horns- he may be centuries old (the head vampire is thousands of years old) and is the epitome of loyalty and service. He might serve as the Head Vampire's secret service (political assassinations and the like) so he wears a midnight blue cloak and his appearance is somewhat eastern. He can move very quietly...
