Concept art: Superstructures: citysquare
Generally a nice spot, coffee shops, universities, shopping malls, buses, overpasses, pretty fountain in the middle as some kind of allegory about flight (the water actually commes out of the back of the statues head then spirals around the base. I think it could be cool.. so why haven't you built it already?!)
