Ice Witch colour visual

Character developed for possible RPG, this is an Ice Witch,
a bit like an elf but very aloof and can be nasty (do not put your hands through the cage!).
Her clothes are almost like frost, snow and ice, but the major attraction is the
blue hair which can spontaneously go to icicle pointiness and
be used for kebabing silly people like knights and Heroes.
